The cost of your move depends on a number of factors, including the size and volume of your belongings, the distance of your move, the specific services you require, the accessibility of your current and new property, and the time of year. Our team will take all of these factors into account when preparing your estimate.

We recommend booking your move as early as possible to secure your preferred moving date — especially during peak moving seasons such as summer and the end of the month. That said, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute moves where our schedule permits.

To ensure a smooth and efficient move, we recommend the following: confirm your moving date and time with our team, ensure all items to be moved are packed and ready unless you have arranged packing services with us, secure elevator bookings and parking permits if required by your building, make arrangements for children and pets on moving day, and set aside any personal valuables, important documents, and irreplaceable items to transport yourself.

After your move is confirmed, we will provide you with the exact arrival time for moving day. Our team takes punctuality seriously and will arrive at the agreed time ready to work.

Absolutely. Our team uses protective floor mats, furniture padding, and wall coverings throughout the moving process to ensure your property is left in perfect condition.

We strongly recommend that you personally transport all irreplaceable documents such as passports and birth certificates, jewelry, cash, medications, and any other high-value or sentimental items that cannot be replaced.
